Measure the minced meat into a bowl with salt and pepper and knead thoroughly. Form 4 burgers from the mixture (about 2 cm thick).2.

Fry the bacon in a frying pan for about 2 minutes until it is crispy and allow to dry on a paper towel.5.
Fry the halved burger buns in bacon fat in the same pan with the cut side facing down for about 2 minutes and set aside.6.
Add 2 tbsp. of peanut oil to the frying pan and fry the burgers for 5–6 minutes on both sides.7.
Place the cheese slices on the burgers until they start to melt.8.
Arrange the lettuce leaves, onion rings, bacon, and burgers on the bottom buns and baste with sauce.9.
Cover the burgers with the top halves of the buns and serve.
